Reviewers consistently report feeling heard and respected during consultations and appointments, with staff taking time to explain treatment options and follow up on personal details across visits. The clinic earns particular recognition for creating a safe, affirming space for trans, 2SLGBTQIA+, and neurodivergent clients, though one reviewer flagged a $75 service fee that was not disclosed upfront at checkout. Lystra and Melissa are named repeatedly for medical facials, laser hair removal, electrolysis, and sugaring services. The facility itself is described as clean and beautiful. Reviewers note fair pricing when clearly disclosed and appreciate the absence of pressure to purchase unnecessary treatments.
